Yes - we coordinate hybrid setups including live streaming, remote participant management, and AV configurations. We work closely with venue AV teams to make it seamless for both in-person and remote attendees.
We've managed events up to 300+ people. For very large events we bring in additional NAYRAA staff to ensure the same level of care regardless of group size.
We advise on agenda structure and flow. We don't provide facilitation ourselves but work closely with facilitators your team brings in, ensuring the room, tech, and timing are perfectly set up.
