Before NAYRAA, planning a retreat looked like this: an EA with 30 browser tabs open. A spreadsheet that had been "almost done" for six weeks. A booking inbox flooded with hotel quotes that didn't compare to each other. And a calendar that kept slipping.

Then the world changed.

When COVID forced teams remote, something quietly broke. The element of company culture — the part that happens between meetings, in hallways, over lunch — started to evaporate. Connection itself became something companies had to actively engineer.
