We work with teams of 10 to 200+. Smaller groups (6–10) are possible for leadership offsites at premium destinations. Larger groups (100+) are coordinated across multiple accommodation blocks with full on-ground staffing.
Depends on destination, duration, and group size. Domestic retreats typically run $800–$2,000/person. International destinations range $2,500–$6,000+/person. We always give you a transparent flat rate - no hidden markups or surprise invoices.
Most retreats run 3–5 days. Three days is ideal for a focused leadership offsite. Five days allows a fuller mix of working sessions and team experiences. For annual all-hands, four days tends to be the sweet spot.
Most retreats need 8–12 weeks of lead time. We've pulled off 4-week turnarounds for smaller groups, but earlier gives you more destination and venue options - especially for international trips.
